So, one of the biggest questions people have about melatonin is probably: does melatonin actually work? Have their been any clinical studies to show that buying melatonin will actually result in a person getting more or better quality sleep? Well, yes.
Melatonin does work and it is effective, even on reducing snoring. In fact, in trials melatonin decreased sleep onset latency in people with a primary sleep disorder. Sleep Onset Latency was decreased greatly in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome.
The magnitude of this effect appears to be clinically significant. Additionally, Sleep Onset Latency was decreased marginally in patients with insomnia.

About 12 years ago I was pretty lean. In fact, I was medically underweight. But I felt fit, great, healthy and had absolutely no issues at all regarding my weight and general all round health. Melatonin for Sleep
